A study of ten Scripture-rooted commitments that describe what genuine
spiritual leadership looks like when it’s modeled on Jesus. Participants
examine their own hearts, motives, and conduct against each
affirmation, with reflection questions and real-world
testimonies from leaders around the world. The course closes with an
invitation to sign the covenant and share it with trusted peers for
ongoing accountability.

Designed for those committed to Christ-centered leadership
in ministry, business, or family, this course is based on MentorLink
International’s statements and explores interconnected principles of true Christian
leadership.

The ten statements are:

I am accountable to Jesus.
I will live like Jesus.
I will serve Jesus.
I will lead like Jesus.
I will develop leaders.
I will seek His face.
I will seek spiritual fruit.
I will collaborate.
I will faithfully steward money.
I will use wineskins to serve.

As you progress through the lessons, you will hear from
global leaders affected by the covenant, reflect on related statements and
scriptures, and engage with your cohort’s reflections under the guidance of a
mentor.
